Jackson County Memorial Hospital Adds Form-on-Demand to Support MEDITECH Expanse

Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma, is a 49-licensed bed facility in the heart of historic southwest Oklahoma. It is the second-largest employer in Jackson County following Altus Air Force Base. JCMH offers health care services to care for and enhance the health and well being of its residents.

As part of their move to MEDITECH Expanse EHR, Jackson County Hospital will be adding Interlace Health Forms-on-Demand Solution. With Interlace Health, the healthcare system’s forms will be generated on-demand – complete with patient and document barcodes. The information from the HIS system, including patient demographics, is embedded on the eForms or patient wristbands for accurate document retrieval. This enables organizations, like Jackson County, to gain more control over their forms the critical processes surrounding them.
