Fulton County Health Center Adds Interlace Health eConsent Solution to Hospital and 39 Clinics

Fulton County Health Center is a critical access hospital along with a 71-bed nursing home on a 128-acre campus serving the residents of Fulton County Ohio and surrounding areas.

Interlace Health’s eConsent solution will be deployed across numerous departments at the hospital and to 39 clinics, including registration, same-day surgery, ER, LTC, and ambulatory areas. The expansion of Interlace Health solutions at Fulton County Health Center will support their EHR, Meditech Expanse.

Informed Consent by Interlace Health does away with paper, clipboards, scanners – and even electronic signature devices. Staff can quickly and easily select the correct from within the patient’s EHR, so it’s always accurate. Content can be standardized, and fields marked as required, improving risk management and compliance. The patient reads and signs the form on a tablet or computer, at the bedside or office. Staff then self-signs the form and date-time stamps are automatically applied. The signed consent is archived into the EHR – making documentation instantly visible to the care team.
