Steward Healthcare Adds Forms-On-Demand, Patient Intake, and Electronic Informed Consent Across Health System Supporting Move to MEDITECH

The Steward network includes multiple urgent care centers and skilled nursing facilities, substantial behavioral health services, over 7,900 beds under management, and approximately 2.2 million full risk covered lives through the company’s managed care and health insurance services.
The long-time Interlace Health customer will be implementing Forms On-Demand, Patient Intake, and Electronic Informed Consent Solutions across their health system.
Interlace Health will help convert Steward West (formerly IASIS) from Cerner to MEDITECH, and will bring Steward (Central & Northeast) onto Interlace Health.
