Interlace Health Announces System Upgrade at Cape Regional Health

Interlace Health is pleased to announce an upgrade partnership with Cape Regional Health. The healthcare provider is upgrading from Form Imprint to Web Form Imprint (WFI) across their facilities. This initiative is part of a comprehensive update, scheduled to coincide with Cape Regional Health’s implementation of the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system, with a target go-live date in August/September 2024.

This upgrade marks a continuation of a long-standing partnership between Interlace Health and Cape Regional Health. The decision to proceed with Interlace Health’s WFI solution was driven by the healthcare provider’s satisfaction with the functionality and reliability of our systems, which Epic does not currently offer in the same capacity.

The WFI solution will be implemented hospital-wide, enhancing documentation and workflow processes throughout Cape Regional Health’s operations. The integration with the Epic system is expected to provide a seamless transition to a more efficient, paperless environment, further improving patient care and administrative efficiency. The scalability and speed of deployment of Interlace Health’s solutions ensure that the hospital can quickly adapt to the new system, minimizing downtime and disruption.
