Interlace Health is excited to announce a new partnership with Our Lady of the Lake Surgical Hospital. This collaboration will bring our advanced eSignature solutions to the hospital’s registration area, covering four functional areas. Our solution aims to streamline and enhance the patient registration process, replacing the previous paper-based system.

The decision to implement Interlace Health’s eSignature solution was driven by the hospital’s need to address inefficiencies and improve the overall patient experience. The scalability, flexibility, and speed of deployment of Interlace Health’s solutions were key factors in the decision. The solution integrates seamlessly with the hospital’s existing Meditech EMR system, without requiring additional interfaces or changes.

The implementation of our solution will include the installation of Topaz Sig Lite devices, further enhancing the efficiency and ease of the registration process. The hospital aims to go live with this solution as soon as possible, with our Client Services team already making significant progress in preparing for a smooth rollout.
