Optim Healthcare will add Interlace Health’s Remote Patient Intake Solution starting with their pain management procedures (labs, x-rays, radiology, etc.).
Interlace Health digitizes the entire patient intake process, making it fast, fluid, and friendly. There’s no need to print and scan – forms are generated and managed electronically, fully integrated with EHRs. Patient information from the EHR automatically populates the registration form, so returning patients need only verify and update. Patients can pre-register from home, reducing on-site registration to mere seconds.
