Westchester Medical Center Chooses Interlace Health for Expansion to 3 New Facilities

The flagship of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), Westchester Medical Center is a 415-bed academic hospital, one of three hospitals located on the Network’s Westchester County, NY campus. Founded in 1917, Westchester Medical Center is the regional base of tertiary and quaternary care and is the primary referral facility for other hospitals, serving as a lifeline for millions of people in the Hudson Valley. Westchester Medical Center’s mission includes providing the highest quality care for all residents of the Hudson Valley, regardless of their ability to pay, providing a network that ensures access to a coordinated continuum of care for its community.

Westchester Medical is a current customer. They have been using our forms library hospital wide and have been pleased with the integration. They will be expanding Fast Print and Forms on Demand into three new hospitals at the end of the year. Currently, Westchester Medical uses Cerner as their EHR.

Kearney Regional Medical Center adds Check Printing with Interlace Health

At Kearney Regional Medical Center, the doctors who see you also guide the direction of the hospital, based on what they need to provide better care. This means spending more time with patients, working to a standard of excellence instead of outside policies, and utilizing the latest in cutting-edge technology. In a sense, what you need for better care goes right to the top, because the “top” is the person who’s treating you. Their vision for the hospital is to “Elevate quality of life through better health.”

Interlace Health solutions already implemented by Kearney Regional Medical Center include Forms on Demand, eConsent, Go mobile application, Capture, and FastPrint. Interlace Health is allowing Kearney to be more patient-focused by decreasing wasted time and increasing efficiency. The hospital will expand its use of Interlace Health by adding the Check Printing product.

Medical West Hospital Expands with Interlace Health Forms on Demand, eConsent, Digital Forms Library and Downtime Solutions

Medical West Hospital has proudly served the communities of West Jefferson County since 1964. Comprised of an acute care hospital with 17 health centers located throughout its market including Bessemer, Hueytown, Vance, Tannehill and Hoover, Medical West offers a wide range of diagnostic, surgical, medical and emergency services. These services include intensive care, women’s, telemetry, geriatric psychiatry, inpatient rehabilitation, sleep medicine, cardiac rehabilitation, and advanced wound care. Medical West has over 1,200 employees and more than 250 physicians on its medical staff. In 2015, Medical West became home to the state’s first Freestanding Emergency Department (FED). The FED and the hospital’s main campus emergency department, combined, see more than 75,000 visits annually.

Medical West has been using Check Printing. They will be expanding the solutions to clinics and hospital wide. The hospital will be introducing the use of Forms on Demand, eConsent, Downtime Solutions and Digital Forms Library to enhance their Meditech environment. This will help alleviate the pressure on staff and create a seamless process.

Harrison County Community Hospital Chooses Interlace Health’s Meditech Bundle

Harrison County Community Hospital district includes a 19-bed critical access hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, a swing bed program, home health services, Senior Life Solutions, and primary care medical clinics in Bethany and Eagleville. Their vision is “To improve the lives of our patients, Harrison County Community Hospital District will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and be the leader in promoting health and wellness in the communities we serve.”

They will be rolling out our “Meditech Bundle” and using these solutions in their Meditech Expanse Maas environment. Harrison County Community Hospital will be using this process throughout the hospital for all registration areas and at the bedside. They will also be using these processes at their other 2 clinics.

The hospital is expanding with Interlace Health’s Forms on Demand, Check Printing, FastPrint, Capture, Go, and eSignature.

NEW CUSTOMER: Centro Cardiovascular Puerto Rico

Centro Cardiovascular Puerto Rico Adds Interlace Health eSignature Solution

Centro Cardiovascular is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The building is a nine-story structure, with invasive procedure laboratories, operating rooms, clinical laboratories, radiology, non-invasive laboratories, nuclear medicine, pharmacy, two intensive care units (Cardiovascular Intensive and Surgical Intensive) and four floors for patient hospitalization. It has a parking lot of 600 cars. The hospital has capacity for 192 beds, in use 124. There are six operating rooms. Cath labs, operating rooms, and surgical intensive care areas are on the same floor, allowing communication between these areas through internal corridors without the use of elevators. Their mission is to: Provide the highest quality health care services through the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular conditions in the most cost-effective manner, generating measurable benefits for our community. Foster the environment for the education and training of health professionals and promote research and development in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.

Centro Cardiovascular deployed Interlace Health’s eSignature solution at registration to enhance their MEDITECH environment. These solutions seamlessly integrate with MEDITECH and allow the hospital to have more time and resources to focus on patient care. They will be rolling this out throughout their entire Cadrio y Caribe Hospital.

Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital is a new customer with Interlace Health. We partnered together to bring them a solution that could meet their needs. Sioux Falls will implement Interlace Health’s eSignature at Registration and Forms On Demand. They will be rolling out these solutions in their pain clinic as well as the main hospital.

Casa Colina Hospital Choose Interlace Health for 5 Solutions to Enhance Meditech Environment

Casa Colina is a non-profit, freestanding, community-governed organization based in Pomona, California. They state on their website, “With incredible support from our community, we have been privileged to bring the benefits of rehabilitation to tens of thousands of people since our first patient in 1938.” With over 200 physicians specializing in Sports Medicine, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Limb Preservation and several other specialties, they have a wide variety of patients they serve.

As a new customer, Casa Colina plans to use these solutions in their Acute care centers and clinics. They will be rolling these solutions out to over 10 acute care centers and clinics. These solutions free up time and resources for the hospital, allowing it to better provide their communities with safe, high-quality, comprehensive health care services in a dignified and compassionate environment. The hospital is adding Interlace Health eSignature Solution, Downtime Solution, Capture, Check Printing and Forms on Demand to enhance its Meditech environment.

The Magnolia Regional Health Center will leverage Informed Consent and Check Printing

Magnolia Regional Health Center is a 200-bed acute care community hospital that is jointly owned by the City of Corinth and Alcorn County, Mississippi that is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. MRHC has been in existence since 1965 and has grown into the largest employer in Alcorn County. They even state “At Magnolia Regional Health Center, our focus and top priority is providing you with the highest quality care and patient experience.  Our team of medical professionals and staff members are dedicated to you and your health, and we strive daily to reach excellence in the care we provide.”

They are a current customer of Interlace Health. Magnolia Regional has been using eSignature at registration, Go for mobile signatures and Forms on Demand. The Magnolia Regional Health Center will leverage Informed Consent and Check Printing to enhance care processes in their Radiology, Ambulatory Surgery Center and LDRP departments that will complement their MEDITECH Expanse environment.

Cape Fear Medical Center Enhances Staff Experience with Interlace Health’s Forms on Demand

Since Cape Fear Medical Center opened in 1956, it has grown into North Carolina’s 8th largest health system. Today, it is a robust medical center specializing in cardiac care, cancer treatment and surgical services as well as neuroscience, pediatrics, rehabilitation, orthopedics and more. Cape Fear Valley Health also boasts a full-service Family Birth Center, as well as a Level-III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

At Cape Fear, they take care of all ages from pediatric to geriatrics. They are proud to support their community by serving a seven-county region of southeastern North Carolina, including Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Hope Mills, Raeford, Lumberton, Elizabethtown, Clinton, Lillington, Dunn, and more.
