Dignity Health chooses Interlace Health to integrate Forms On Demand to Several Locations

Dignity Health began as a single hospital founded on the belief that all people deserve medical care, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or circumstances. Today, Dignity Health is one of the largest health systems in the nation with 400 care sites across a 22-state network, including 39 hospitals. Since founded in 1986, they have made it their goal to meet the needs of their patients physical, mental and spiritual needs. They have grown their atmosphere to over 60,000 caregivers and staff that provide the most excellent care. Dignity Health is committed to supplying high-quality, compassionate and affordable health services to their patients.

Dignity Health has worked with Interlace Health for several years. As they continue to grow their health systems, they continue to grow with Interlace Health. They will be moving forward with adding this solution to two hospitals in AZ and 8 Emergency Departments. This will be integrated within their Cerner environment.
